投稿后返回审稿意见 如下，求大牛指点如何修改。 Referee: 2 Comments to the Author The significance and impact of this manuscript is rather noteworthy considering the detection limits that the authors demonstrate and more importantly the issue of non-specific adsorption to the surface, which most researchers in the field struggle with. However, the authors have not represented their results in a cohesive fashion. There is too much important information delegated to the supplemental information and too much unrelated emphasis without clarity in the introduction. The authors need to provide a major revision of the manuscript particularly focusing on the clarity and the flow. As an example, the color coding in the graphical abstract does not have any significance without appropriate legends. |
