| Contractor acknowledges and agrees that, in the event of a breach or threatened breach of any of the provisions of this Section 10, UOP will have no adequate remedy in damages and, accordingly, will be entitled to an injunction against such breach or threatened breach (in addition to any other right or remedy available) from a court of competent jurisdiction, wherever located, restraining such breach or threatened breach and to specific performance of such provision. Contractor further agrees that no bond or other security will be required to obtain such relief and hereby consents to the issuance of such injunction and to any order of specific performance. In the event of a breach or threatened breach of this Section 10, no specification of a particular legal or equitable remedy will be construed as waiver, prohibition or limitation of any other legal or equitable remedies. |
