1.完成各类产（商）品的检验检测、鉴定业务合同评审，现场检验、取样、鉴重、检测、目击测试、监装、出具检验、鉴定证书、检验报告及完成其它相关工作（包括备份样品保管、证书邮寄等任务）。 2.完成收集、整理国内外检验、鉴定信息、技术、标准工作。 3.完成部门内应承担的年度经济指标和工作任务。为客户提供产品质量、检验、鉴定业务咨询。 4.大力开展本部门业务的开发工作。 5.负责催缴完成业务单位拖欠的检验费、鉴定费以及委检费的支付等。 6.协助经理做好分包方的合格评定、技术专家网络的建立和管理。 1.负责班组生产工艺技术检查和操作监控。 2.负责对班组生产运行隋况进行工艺技术日分析和周小结，主要包括：生产计划和主要经济技术指标完成隋况分析；操作平稳率分析；负责班组操作波动和事故进行初步的技术分析，并提出相应的对策措施；对影响产品质量、装置能耗和安全环保运行的工艺参数按车间（装置）规定的范围进行优化。 3.对当班平稳操作、变动操作、操作规程及工艺卡片执行清况和临时特殊的生产变动方案执行隋况进行指导监督，对违反操作规程的现象及时制止并进行更正。 |

Complete collecting, sorting test from both domestic and overseas, verify information, technology, and standard work. 3. Complete the annual indicators and work assignment that every department should undertake. Provide our client with consultation of product quality, testing, identification business. 4. Promote the business development of our department. 5. Be responsible for reminder of testing fees, appraisal cost and the payment of committee inspection fees of the default of the business units. 6. Assist manager with subcontractor’s conformity assessment, the establishment and management of technical experts network. 1. Be in charge of group shift production technology inspection and operation monitoring. 2. Be responsible for technology analysis and weekly summary of production shift operation process, mainly including: production design, main economic and technical targets achievement analysis; operation smoothly rate analysis; the preliminary technical analysis on shift operation fluctuation and accident, and offer corresponding countermeasures; optimize the technical parameters affecting product quality, equipment energy consumption and environmental protection safety according to the specified scope of the workshop(device). 3. Guide and supervise the stable operation, fluctuating operation, operating procedures, the executive condition of process card, and the specific temporary executive condition of production fluctuating, correct and stop the phenomenon violating operating instruction timely. |
