[求助] 我的英文文章已经被接受了么？

第一次发表英文文章，所以问一下，是不是我交版面费过去以后就能发表了，不用修改了么？

INITIAL ACCEPTANCE LETTER
Dear Prof. Zheng Han,

After having carefully evaluated your article titled “A study of equation of state for nonaqueous electrolyte solutions” and taken the referees' advice into consideration, the editors came to the conclusion that your paper is suitable for publication in our Journal. In order to save time, the referees communicated their opinion to us verbally. As part of our evaluation process, we normally ask the opinion of two referees who are experts in the relevant field of research. The paper is also read by the editor.  If both of the referees and an editor concur in their view, their decision is final.  We consult a third referee if there is a difference of opinion.  In order to expedite the proceeding, which is one of the objectives of the journal, we do not require a full report on the paper from the referees.
The choice of referees and the fact that we require a consensus view between the referees and an editor ensures, however, that the process is as fair as possible. We will include your article in the forthcoming issues of the journal upon receipt of the publication fee.
We would like to remind you that the publication fee for JOURNAL is $400. Please pay this amount in full.
PLEASE MENTION THE INVOICE NUMBER: “2823” IN THE PAYMENT DETAILS OF THE TRANSACTION IF YOU ARE MAKING A BANK TRANSFER. AUTHOR NAMES SHOULD ALSO BE MENTIONED IN THE TRANSFER DETAILS.
You are required to pay your publication fee so that we can publish your article. Please see: http://www.eurojournals.com/1.htm for further details.
It is very important for us to publish your article without any delay. Therefore, we kindly ask you to please follow these instructions to avoid any delays in publishing your article:
1- After you make your payment. Proof-read your article for the last time and send the final version of your article in the journal's format to office@eurojournals.com.
2- Unless you send the final copy of your article to this address in MS-Word format, its publication may be severely delayed.
3- Please include your payment information (2checkout.com Order ID, if paid by credit card, and the name of the sender and the date of the transfer, if paid by bank transfer) in your e-mail.
4- In your e-mail, please clearly mention the name of the journal. If you do not specify the name of the respective journal publication of your article may be severely delayed.
5- Please be advised that no proofs will be sent to you for correction and under no circumstances any further changes will be accepted on your article after this point (except those required due to mistakes in publishing process)
6- Please retain the same subject line "Invoice No. 2823, JOURNAL, A study of equation of state for nonaqueous electrolyte solutions” for all the future correspondence for this article. All further enquiries should be directed to the editorial office at office@eurojournals.com.

看到那个巴基斯坦杂志骗钱的.

那个说是"预接受",不过还要送外审 等你交了钱再外审,结果外审没中,钱也回不来辣额

所以楼主最好公布下杂志名
