本文的想法是有趣的,但也存在着一些不清楚的问题,如下: 1.运用a对样品进行预处理虽然对其厚度和均匀性有一定的作用,但是不可避免的却出现了有害相A,而未处理的却没有出现。要知道A与B两相间往往会出现裂纹或缝隙,这是由于他们的热膨胀系数不同。因此,请说明此方法的具体优势体现在哪里? 2.文中分析指出,提高温度或是延长时间可导致A相的出现,这个论断似乎与已报导的结论相矛盾。时间的延长或温度的提高可使C原子得到充分的扩散,进而朝着更稳定的B相方向生成。然而本文的分析似乎与此相反,请给出解释。 |

Interesting the idea is, there are still some problems unknown in this paper: 1. Though it has a certain effect on the thickness and uniformity to pretreat the sample with a, detrimental phase A inevitably appeared which didn't show in the untreated samples. As we know, crack is always existed between phase A and phase B due to the difference of their thermal expansion coefficient. Therefore, please explain where the specific advantage of this method is 2. It is analyzed in this paper that increasing the temperature or extending the time may contribute to the appearance of phase A. This statement seems to contradict with the reported conclusion that increasing the temperature or extending the time get the carbon atom diffuse sufficiently and then generate towards the more stable phase B.
