Fig. 8 shows the mixing process which was described by particle tracking in the screw extruder. The rules of two-color particles in the cross-section of the twin screw extruder are similar to what another literature( ) reported. Meanwhile, it validates our CFD simulations. Fig. 6 shows the velocity vector distributions of different angles in the tri-screw extruder. In this figure it can be seen the circumfluence phenomena with different angles in the center area. The phenomena of this kind is identical with what has been testified in the literature( ).
