Fig. 8 shows the mixing process which was described by particle tracking in the screw extruder. The rules of two-color particles in the cross-section of the twin screw extruder are similar to what another literature( ) reported. Meanwhile, it validates our CFD simulations. Fig. 6 shows the velocity vector distributions of different angles in the tri-screw extruder. In this figure it can be seen the circumfluence phenomena with different angles in the center area.
