revision需要对reviewer提出的每个问题都进行修改吗 已有11人参与

状态是： Decision: Provisional Acceptance/Request Revision; editor 的意见： On the basis of the advice received and my own evaluation, I believe that, pending revision, this article may ultimately be acceptable for publication in Plant physiology Both reviewers provided useful comments concerning the scientific aspects of the paper, as well as (particularly in the case of Reviewer #2) catching many, mostly small, mistakes that need correcting. You will see that this reviewer recommended that the manuscript be rejected, though strongly encouraged resubmission. Reviewer #1 also raised some important questions that need to be addressed. In order for your revision to be accepted, you will need to address each of the substantive comments and criticisms point by point in a response to me, noting how you have modified the paper or explaining why you have not chosen to do so. Neither reviewer has recommended that additional data are required for the paper to be acceptable, so there should not need to be new data collection. Reviewer #2 has listed many small matters (listed by page) that you can correct without needing to tell me that you have corrected each one. Despite these many problems (also noted in general by Reviewer #1), I congratulate you on producing a paper that, while not always written in idiomatic English, is for the most part very clear and understandable. I very much appreciate the effort that this requires. If possible, it would be useful for you to ask for some assistance from a native English speaker to improve the manuscript further, but I do not consider this a requirement, as long as the science is of a high quality and the major comments are addressed. 是不是只要回答一下reviewer的问题就行了，不用再加数据了？ |
