responded to the reviewers in point form 我没看懂？理解错了？

JOURNAL OF MICROBIOLOGICAL METHODS 第一次投，因为缺了文献和图注部分，还有一些小问题，被拒 第二次投，重投给同一个编辑，说明了以上问题，同时文章已做修改，图片改为高清照片等等。 编辑回复说：要上次审稿的意见Before proceeding further with the editorial process please address the reviewers comments made for the previous submission (MIMET-D-12-00383) and upload to the EES. 第三次投，把审稿意见附在回复给编辑的信中，同时也附上针对意见的回答。 编辑回复说：You have not responded to the reviewers in point form as requested in the last email - please do so otherwise I must reject the manuscript. 第四次投，特别将回复给审稿人1和审稿人2的回答一条条列出，如下： Dear editor, In this manuscript, we have carefully revised the text and figures according to the comments from editor and reviewers. The responses to the reviewers are list in point form as following: To reviewer#1: 1. References section is complemented by the end of the text. 2. The description for Figure 1A, 1B and 3A is complemented. Original uncompressed TEM micrographs are provided in the manuscript submitted again. 3. The description of procedure of fixation after staining is revised to be unambiguous. 4. The source of Epon 812 is complemented within the text. To reviewer#2: 1. Figure captions and references are complemented. 2. High quality micrograph is used in Fig.2B ........ 3. Compared with control without CeCl3 staining for ......... 4. To identify the impact of processes of sample preparation for TEM ...... Really appreciate your help! Sincerely yours, 当天直接被拒，没有理由。不知道我是哪里做错了，编辑要求我没看懂？ 拜求各位高手指点啊 |
