[求助] 求助各位行家,因为本人英语底子较差,求助各位达人翻译两句符合句。

气相色谱不仅要作为一种检测手段来分析食品,而且色谱信息中的“内涵”要被充分利用起来,即气相色谱数据尚存有深度挖掘的信息空间。通过利用现有的分析检测手段对食品气相色谱图上分布均匀的物质信息为考察对象,建立一套对食品迅速、准确判断的评价体系,技术中心对食品的风味一致性和差异性已经做了许多工作,A等人通过采用静态顶空气相色谱和固相微萃取-气质联用技术等先进的气相色谱分析手段对啤酒进行检测,分析食品的挥发性组分、老化物质等,B应用判别分析、主成分因子分析、聚类分析等多变量统计分析技术对食品的风味一致性和差异性进行综合评价,已经取得了一定成果。

Gas chromatography is not only used to analysis of food as a means of detection, but also should be full used of the information "connotation", that means there is still quite a lot of information space of gas chromatography data. 通过利用现有的分析检测手段对食品气相色谱图上分布均匀的物质信息为考察对象,??(本人以为是病句,)establish a set of evaluation system to judge food quickly and accurately, Technical Center has done a lot of work for food analysis of flavor consistency and diversity. A et al tested beer by using static headspace gas chromatography and solid phase microextraction coupled with gas chromatography-mass spectrometry technology and other advanced gas chromatography analysis method, analysis of the volatile components of food, the aging of material and so on. B compositive evaluated consistency and difference of food flavor by discriminant analysis, principal component analysis, cluster analysis of multivariate statistical analysis.

Gas chromatography is not just a detecting method for analyzing food, also its chromatography information should be used sufficiently, that is to say, there is still much information for deeply  excavating in the chromatography data. A fast and accurate evaluation system can be builded while taking the uniform distribution substance information on the gas chromatogram of food which collected through existing detecting methods as the investigable object. Technical Center has done much work for the consistency and difference of the food taste. Volatile and aged material in beer is detected with advanced gas chromatography technical such as static headspace gas chromatography and SPME-GC/MS by A and etc. B does comprehensive evaluation for the consistency and difference of the food taste and gets some fruit.
