返回的意见如下,请各位群友多提提如何修改文章的意见,第一次投英文期刊,没经验,谢谢了! The paper investigats the consensus for multiagent systems with delays via the use of Nyquist criterion and frequency-domain analysis. Overall, this is an interesting work with nice organization. Technical proof is sound as well. There are some comments for the authors to consider. -As is well known in MAS community, multi-agent consensus problem with delay (various delays including input delay, coupling delay, random communication delay, etc) involved has been systematically investigated in different settings. The followings are some works which have been missed by the authors but need to be commented/compared with their work as they relate closely to the investigated topic. Note that Ref. [1] also considers different delays for agents with single-integrator dynamics in continuous-time setting; and Refs. [5] & [4] consider respectively the communication delay (non-uniform and time-varying delays) for single-integrator and double-integrator agents in sampled-data setting. Ref. [2] considers the input delay for single-integrator agents in continuous setting with switching communication topologies and Ref. [4] considers the double-integrator case.
