主动靶向给药治疗肺癌的研究进展。目前，外科诊疗技术及化疗、放疗等作为肺癌的主要治疗手段，虽然对肺癌的治疗起到一定效果，但对患者长期生存的改善程度较小。靶向治疗技术因其安全、高效、低毒的治疗效果而成为当前肺癌研究的热点之一。本文介绍了目前主动靶向治疗肺癌过程中的各类靶分子及靶向和偶联机理，阐述了配体-受体介导、抗原-抗体介导在肺癌靶向治疗中的研究进展。最后，对其临床应用进行了展望。 @wenzi6337 |
