投稿遇Cover letter以及suggested refrees的问题

投一个Elsevier旗下的期刊（COMPUTATIONAL MATERIALS SCIENCE），有几步搞不清楚了，求指教。 Additional information:" Please provide us with the names and e-mail addresses of two potential referees. " Enter comments ：“Please include in your cover letter suggestions of three possible experts in the area, whom the Editors may contact to ask for advice regarding potential referees.” Suggest reviwers: Please suggest potential Reviewers for this submission. Use the fields below to give us contact information for each suggested reviewer, and please provide specific reasons for your suggestion in the comments box for each person. Please note that the journal may not use your suggestions, but your help is appreciated and may speed up the selection of appropriate reviewers. 没搞明白它到底什么意思  ，在Additional information里要求提供两个refrees的email， 到了Enter comments 要求suggestions of three possible experts ，最后又一步要求提供3个potential Reviewers 。我都晕了，有没有哪位前辈遇到过这种情况？英语不太好，请各位帮帮忙解释一下？又是头一次投这类期刊，实在没底。。。  投稿系统截图 |
