他们网站给了一个模板，第一句话是这样的 We wish to draw the attention of the Editor to the following facts which may be considered as potential conflicts of interest and to significant financial contributions to this work. [OR] We wish to confirm that there are no known conflicts of interest associated with this publication and there has been no significant financial support for this work that could have influenced its outcome. 如果投的文章是自然科学基金支持的话，是不是就是OR前面的类型？ |
