你好,我是做纤维素微球的用的是碱尿体系,分散在液体石蜡和Span80 中,室温下搅拌,最后盐酸固化。可是制备的纤维得到的不是为球状,而且粒径很大,请问这是什么原因,怎么样能够控制粒径和球的大小啊。

看到篇文献 是用[C4mim]Cl 这种离子液体溶解纤维素的,这怎么成bead的呢?
A solution of approximately 10 wt %
microcrystalline cellulose (4.8 g) in [C4mim]Cl (50.0 g) was
prepared using microwave pulse heating.9 The solution was
cooled to 60 °C, and 1.0 g of bovine serum albumin (BSA)
was added and homogenized to prepare a mixture containing
1:5 wt % ratio of BSA:cellulose. The material was formed
into beads by dispersing the solution in a rapidly stirring
hot (100 °C) poly(propylene glycol) (PPG 425; Fluka, Buchs
SG, Switzerland) bath using an overhead ultrahigh-torque
stirrer (Caframo Limited, Wiarton, Ontario) set at 850 rpm.
The [C4mim]Cl/cellulose/BSA mixture was slowly added to
the stirring, hot PPG and dispersed to form small beads.
During stirring (30 min), the temperature of the PPG bath
was allowed to fall to approximately 40 °C, facilitating a
hardening (reconstitution) of the outer surface of the [C4-
mim]Cl/cellulose/BSA beads, preventing subsequent agglomeration.
The solution was removed from the stirrer, and
EtOH was slowly added to further reconstitute the beads and
wash the remaining PPG from the material. The beads were
washed five times with EtOH followed by five washings with
DI H2O and then filtered using a set of mesh filters.

是不是纤维素混合后在表面活性剂溶液中形成了稳定的胶束呢

谢谢解答,可是这ppg不是表面活性剂吧,而且油相是什么呢?
