看到篇文献 是用[C4mim]Cl 这种离子液体溶解纤维素的,这怎么成bead的呢? A solution of approximately 10 wt % microcrystalline cellulose (4.8 g) in [C4mim]Cl (50.0 g) was prepared using microwave pulse heating.9 The solution was cooled to 60 °C, and 1.0 g of bovine serum albumin (BSA) was added and homogenized to prepare a mixture containing 1:5 wt % ratio of BSA:cellulose. The material was formed into beads by dispersing the solution in a rapidly stirring hot (100 °C) poly(propylene glycol) (PPG 425; Fluka, Buchs SG, Switzerland) bath using an overhead ultrahigh-torque stirrer (Caframo Limited, Wiarton, Ontario) set at 850 rpm. The [C4mim]Cl/cellulose/BSA mixture was slowly added to the stirring, hot PPG and dispersed to form small beads. During stirring (30 min), the temperature of the PPG bath was allowed to fall to approximately 40 °C, facilitating a hardening (reconstitution) of the outer surface of the [C4- mim]Cl/cellulose/BSA beads, preventing subsequent agglomeration. The solution was removed from the stirrer, and EtOH was slowly added to further reconstitute the beads and wash the remaining PPG from the material. The beads were washed five times with EtOH followed by five washings with DI H2O and then filtered using a set of mesh filters. |
