Gordon is both medicinal and edible plant with healthy care and therapeutic effects so it is approved by the Ministry of Health. In this paper, Gordon is the main material of the cake and make the flour, oil, sugar, eggs, cakes, pure water as raw materials, through the Single Factor testing with Orthogonal Test, we make a discussion on the kudzu healthy cake recipes and production process, and base on the sensory evaluation indicators to determine the best recipe Gegen healthy cake which is a view to cake made with healthy care function.The results indicate that when the Gegen healthy cake which the amount of flour, eggs, white granulated sugar, Gordon, added respectively on the cake of oil, pure water is 0g, 220g, 140g, 8g, 10g, 130ml, the quality of the cake is the best.
