Dear XXX,
Thank you for submitting your revised manuscript to PLoS ONE. After careful consideration, we feel that it has merit, but is not yet suitable for publication as it currently stands. Therefore, my decision is "Major Revision."
We invite you to submit a revised version of the manuscript that addresses the additional points raised. Since one of the two original reviewers declined to review the revision I identified a new reviewer who raised additional concerns. I do NOT expect you to change your manuscript in regard to ALL the points raised by reviewer #3 but I think this new reviewer did a very careful review of your manuscript and you need to take these suggestions seriously and revise the manuscript accordingly. In particular, you need to improve the language of the manuscript to get into a publishable form. PLoS ONE will not edit your manuscript for language. This is your responsibility. I will only send a revised version of the manuscript out for review again after I see that the language has been improved significantly.
We encourage you to submit your revision within sixty days of the date of this decision. When your files are ready, please submit your revision by logging on to http://pone.edmgr.com/ and following the Submissions Needing Revision link. Do not submit a revised manuscript as a new submission. If you would like to make changes to your financial disclosure, please include your updated statement in your cover letter.
Please also include a rebuttal letter that responds to each point brought up by the academic editor and reviewer(s). This letter should be uploaded as a Response to Reviewers file.
In addition, please provide a marked-up copy of the changes made from the previous article file as a Manuscript with Tracked Changes file. This can be done using 'track changes' in programs such as MS Word and/or highlighting any changes in the new document.
If you choose not to submit a revision, please notify us.

文章已经大修了一次，这次大修希望多大啊？找了新审稿人后，提的问题比较多，我要一点点修改吗？语言已经找了两家公司修改（http://www.shinewrite.com/s4.html?in=emuch；），都不行？
