还有就是我目前还没答辩，他说我可以答辩完先过去3个月，具体如下：
we can offer you a short position (3-4 months) that could start as
soon as you can (September-October): this cannot be formally a post doc
but would have very similar conditions. During that time, as soon as you have
your PhD title, we can hold the formal interview, give you the papers, and then
you could go back to get your visa.
请大家帮忙看看是什么意思呢？PhD title指的是什么？
