Adipocytes differentiate from preadipocytes. Transcription factors including PPARγ (peroxisome proliferator-activated receptor γ), C/EBP family (CCAAT/enhancer binding proteins; C/EBRα, C/EBRβ and C/EBRδ) and ADD1/SREBP1c (adipocyte determination differentiation factor 1)/(sterol regulatory element binding protein 1c) play a crucial role in adipocyte differentiation. The expression of these transcription factors is induced at different points of time in the course of adipocyte differentiation and they interact with one another to regulate adipocyte-specific genes and progressively induce fat metabolism and adipocyte differentiation . Accordingly, a material that has the activity of regulating differentiation from preadipocytes to adipocytes and/or fat accumulation in adipose tissues or suppressing the expression of PPARγ, C/EBRα, and/or ADD1/SREBP1c may be used as an anti-obesity agent. As such, ginkgolide A or bilobalide isdisclosed in Korean Patent No. 920648, ginsenoside-Rf or compound K in Korean Patent No. 847252, and oltipraz inKorean Patent No. 576157. |

| 脂肪细胞不同于前脂肪细胞。转录因子包括PPARy(过氧化物酶体增殖物激活受体),C/EBP家族蛋白(CCAAT/增强子结合蛋白, C/EBRα, C/EBRβ and C/EBRδ)以及ADD1/SREBP1c(脂肪细胞测定分化因子1)/胆固醇调节元件结合蛋白1c)在脂肪细胞分化中扮演着主要的作用。转录因子的表达包括脂肪细胞分化期间分化点的时间、脂肪细胞与其他脂肪细胞相互调节脂肪细胞专属性基因、程序性诱导脂肪代谢以及脂肪细胞分化。因此,具有将前脂肪细胞调节分化为脂肪细胞和/或使脂肪累积在脂肪组织或抑制PPARγ, C/EBRα, and/or ADD1/SREBP1c表达的活性的物质,都可以用作抗肥胖剂。比如,在韩国公开专利号为920648的银杏内酯A或白果内酯,专利号为847252的人参皂苷-rf或k化合物,专利号576157的奥替普拉。 |
