不同体育选项课对大学生社会适应能力影响作用的分析研究 摘要：本研究运用文献资料法、专家访谈法、测量法和对比分析法，以不同体育选项课中学生的社会适应能力为研究对象，通过分别对篮球、足球、健美操、定向越野、跆拳道、散打、羽毛球等运动项目选项课大学生社会适应能力水平进行调查，对其进行比较研究，探讨不同体育选项课对大学生社会适应能力的影响差异，为更好地进行体育教学和促进大学生社会适应能力的提高探索出一条新的发展途径。 关键词：不同体育项目 社会适应能力 分析研究 |

Analysis and Research of the Impacts of Different Sports Elective Courses on College Students’ Social Adaptability Abstract With college students’ social adaptability in different sports elective courses as study object and by means of literature consultation, specialist interview, measurement and comparative analysis, this research investigated college students’ social adaptability level in sports elective items such as basketball, football, aerobics, cross-country orienteering, taekwondo, free combat and badminton as well as made a comparative study on it to probe into difference of the impacts of different sports elective courses on college students’ social adaptability, so as to explore a new development approach to improve sports teaching and students’ social adaptability.
