Analysis and Research of the Impacts of Different Sports Elective Courses on College Students’ Social Adaptability
Abstract
With college students’ social adaptability in different sports elective courses as study object and by means of literature consultation, specialist interview, measurement and comparative analysis, this research investigated college students’ social adaptability level in sports elective items such as basketball, football, aerobics, cross-country orienteering, taekwondo, free combat and badminton as well as made a comparative study on it to probe into difference of the impacts of different sports elective courses on college students’ social adaptability, so as to explore a new development approach to improve sports teaching and students’ social adaptability.
