摘要本论文测定了不同溶剂中姜黄素的紫外和荧光光谱，研究了溶液酸度、缓冲溶液种类及其用量对姜黄素荧光性质的影响，建立了简便快捷的荧光光度法测定姜黄素的方法。实验结果表明，溶剂、溶液的酸度会影响姜黄素的荧光性质。
Abstract The UV-vis spectrum and fluorescence spectrum of curcumin in different organic solvents was recorded in this paper. And it investigated the fluorescence properties of curcumin in aqueous solutions with different acidity ，different buffer solutions and different dosages of buffer solution. （我自己翻的）

Abstract
In this paper, the UV-vis spectrum and fluorescence spectrum of Curcumin in different organic solvents was determined, the study about the influences of acidity of solution as well as different types and dosages of buffer solution on the fluorescence properties of Curcumin was carried out, and a convenient and rapid method that determines Curcumin with Fluorimetry was put forward. The experimental results show that the acidity of solvent and solution will influence the fluorescence properties of Curcumin.
