Abstract
By referring to the relevant literatures at home and abroad in recent years, this paper summarizes the extraction and purification method and the research advance of polysaccharide. In addition, the biological activity of polysaccharide has also been widely discussed, such as antitumor, immunoenhancement, anti-inflammatory, antivirus, anticoagulation, hypoglycemic and anti-aging effects. It has been found that polysaccharide is an important information molecule in body and has gradually been a significant direction in the current new drugs development.
