摘要:总结近年来多糖 的生物活性研究进展.通过查阅近年来国内外有关文献资料分析评述 综述了多糖的提取纯化方法和研究进展，并讨论了其广泛的生物活性 ,如抗肿瘤和免疫促进、抗 炎、抗病毒、杭凝血 、降血糖 、抗衰老等活性,同时得知多糖也是体内重要的信息分子， 多糖已逐渐成为当今新药开发的重要方向之一。 关键词：多糖，提取，纯化 ，生物学功能 |

Abstract By referring to the relevant literatures at home and abroad in recent years, this paper summarizes the extraction and purification method and the research advance of polysaccharide. In addition, the biological activity of polysaccharide has also been widely discussed, such as antitumor, immunoenhancement, anti-inflammatory, antivirus, anticoagulation, hypoglycemic and anti-aging effects. It has been found that polysaccharide is an important information molecule in body and has gradually been a significant direction in the current new drugs development. Abstract: In this paper, the development of bioactivity of the polysaccharide in recent years was summarized. According to search the literatues and materials that reported by the people in other countries or in our contry, we summarized the extraction methods and reaearch development of polysaccharide. we also discussed its widely bioactivity, such as the promotion of tummor and immune, anti-inflammatory, antiviral, anticoagulation, hpyerglycemic and anti-aging. We also knowed that polysaccharide is the very important message molecule in our body, and it has proved to be the direction of investigation of new drug. key words: polysaccharide, extration, purification, bioactivity |
