10 mL C was added. Mix to keep C in contact with the sample fully. Then put it into the instrument (The 50 mL colorimetric tube might be placed in a 1000 mL breaker whose liquid level was higher than it in order to avoid fallen down). All the extraction times were 30 min. During the 15th min, the colorimetric tube was taken out and shaken upside down in order to make the sample in the bottom of the tube sufficient contact with C. The sample in the colorimetric tube was filtered into another 50 mL colorimetric tube through mid-speed qualitative filter paper which was immersed in C beforehand (a small amount of N was previously covered on the filter paper). The final solution volume was kept at 50mL with C. After 15 min, adding 5g of m to absorb o in the samples, shaking up and standing before the solution became clarification. The supernatant was used for the determination of o.

加入10mL C,盖紧塞子,颠倒摇晃使样品与C充分接触,放入仪器中(注:为避免比色管倒到仪器水槽中,可将比色管先放入装有适量水的1000mL烧杯中,使烧杯内水的液面高于比色管中C的液面),总共萃取30min。在第15min时取出比色管,颠倒摇晃,使沉入管底样品与C充分接触。萃取完成后取出比色管,充分摇匀后将样品用经过C浸泡的中速定性滤纸(事先加少量N在滤纸上)过滤至50mL比色管中,用5mL C小心洗涤比色管,将洗涤液转移至玻璃漏斗中,过滤完毕用5mL C洗涤漏斗。然后用C定容至刻度,摇匀。
放置15min后,用漏斗加入5g m,摇匀后静置至溶液澄清,用上清液测定o。
