The sample in the colorimetric tube was filtered into another 50 mL colorimetric tube through mid-speed qualitative filter paper which was immersed in C beforehand (a small amount of N was previously covered on the filter paper). The final solution volume was kept at 50mL with C. After 15 min, adding 5g of m to absorb o in the samples, shaking up and standing before the solution became clarification. The supernatant was used for the determination of o. 加入10mL C，盖紧塞子，颠倒摇晃使样品与C充分接触，放入仪器中（注：为避免比色管倒到仪器水槽中，可将比色管先放入装有适量水的1000mL烧杯中，使烧杯内水的液面高于比色管中C的液面），总共萃取30min。在第15min时取出比色管，颠倒摇晃，使沉入管底样品与C充分接触。萃取完成后取出比色管，充分摇匀后将样品用经过C浸泡的中速定性滤纸（事先加少量N在滤纸上）过滤至50mL比色管中，用5mL C小心洗涤比色管，将洗涤液转移至玻璃漏斗中，过滤完毕用5mL C洗涤漏斗。然后用C定容至刻度，摇匀。 放置15min后,用漏斗加入5g m，摇匀后静置至溶液澄清，用上清液测定o。 |
