With my best regards, Hongsai Chen 说明：我向老外要细胞，他同意了，但他要我给个实验计划以及机构学术权威的介绍，另外还问我有没有联邦快递账号？意思是让我付运费 我要表达的意思是这样的： 愿一切顺利，我现在将自己的实验计划以PPT和PDF2种文件格式都发给你，另外还有机构学术权威的介绍。 我愿意支付运费，但我没有联邦快递账号，而且建个账号非常麻烦费时间精力，我想问是否有其他办法我来付运费。 (其实我想让老外用他的账号付了运费，然后我通过其他办法把钱给他，但都不知道如何中文表达意思，更不用说英文了) 求各位高手指教，尤其是最后一句话，怎么说才好，谢谢 |
