外审专家说理论创新不强，怎么回答呢？

投了IET Communication 近一年的稿子最近总算返回了，但第二个审稿人给的意见比较负面，大家看看如何回答好？ The organization of the paper is good, and presentation is satisfactory. However, theoretical novelty of the paper is trivial, which does not meet the requirement of an academic journal. Some comments are given below: 1. What is the distance between the two subarrays? 2. Please provide performance comparison with existing methods. 3. The legend of figures should not hide the plots. 专家说理论创新不足，需要回复吗？还是我只回答下面的三个comments就可以了呢。 |
