| 研制了一种用于三维握把力测量的传感器，采用了新型的传感器弹性体，利用有限元软件对弹性体进行了应力应变分析，提取了关键点的特征值，计算获得传感器维间耦合矩阵，分析了传感器维间耦合性能。组建传感器静态标定系统，对传感器静态性能进行标定并获得标定解耦矩阵。实验表明所研制的传感器维间耦合较小，可以实现对三维作用力的准确测量。 |
