| 最近几年来,我国的食品企业安全问题一直让人担忧：从前几年的山西假白酒案,安徽阜阳奶粉事件,苏丹红事件到2008年震惊世界的“三鹿事件”等，这些无不让我们开始重新思索我国的产品责任制度，如何保障消费者的合法权益？本文以建立合理、共赢的产品责任法律制度为出发点,从与国外产品责任保险及制度的比较中，指出我国产品责任保险制度中所存在的问题，并借鉴国外的先进经验,给出建立一套完善的产品责任保险制度的建议。 |
