职位： 欧美大药厂--亚太区总监助理 工作地点: 北京 公司介绍 该集团是世界第二大制药公司，在欧洲排名第一。其业务遍布世界100多个国家，现拥有约11，000名科学家及100，000名服务于健康事业的员工。 依靠世界级的研发组织，开发创新的治疗方案，在七大治疗领域居领先地位：心血管疾病、血栓形成、肿瘤学、糖尿病。 KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES: Screen telephone calls, answer routine questions, take messages and refer callers to an alternative source Arrange business trips (transportation and accommodation) timely and effectively, and handle and/or process expenses reimbursement per policy and procedure. Arranges appointment and meetings with anticipation of possible complex situation (at a distance, internal/external interfaces, availability of attendees,…) Compose and type routine letters and minutes and memoranda from general instructions. Be one of the contacts for other departments and external requesters/contacts. Provides timely, courteous response to all, and when necessary refers to alternative source in the absence of team members Maintain files and optimize rules for archiving and filing execution for expense claim, annual leave, travel plan… Assist in preparation of the responsible director(s) and or team(s) budgets and accruals per finance guidance. Provide admin/ logistic support to ad-hoc projects according to business needs Overall Autonomy Regular report to directors or team’s manager(s) on follow-up topics and action plan implementation progress and results.
