Generally speaking, the pharmaceutically acceptable salt can be formed by combination between free alkali/acid and inorganic or organic acid/alkali at a chemical equivalent ratio equal to or higher than 1:1 in an appropriate solvent or combination of solvents.

The term “pharmaceutical composition“ refers to one or more of the compounds (shown in formulae I-III), hydrates, solvates, isomers or physically/pharmaceutically acceptable salts, as described in the present invention, as well as their precursor drugs and other chemical components such as physically or pharmaceutically acceptable mixtures of carriers and receptors. This pharmaceutical composition is to make it more convenient to give compounds to warm-blooded animals and humans.

Generally speaking，the pharmaceutically acceptable salts can be formed trough free alkali or acid in an appropriate solvent or the solvent combinations with a stoichiometric or excessive amount of inorganic/organic acid/alkali. The term "Pharmaceutical composition“ refers to one or several formula (I) ~ (III) compounds, hydrates, solvates, isomers or physically / pharmaceutically acceptable salts, as described in the present invention，as well as its precursor drugs and other chemical components，such as  physically / pharmaceutically acceptable mixtures of vectors and receptors. The purpose of this pharmaceutical composition is to enable the compounds more convenient to warm-blooded animals and humans.

The term "drug combination content" means one or more such as the invention of the type of (I) to (III) compounds, hydrate, solvent iodide, or physical/pharmaceutical on oil can accept of salt, its precursor molecules and other chemical components such as physiology/pharmaceutical on the carrier and receptors can accept the mixture. The drug combination of things purpose is to make compounds give blood animal and human more convenient
