Generally speaking, the pharmaceutically acceptable salt can be formed by combination between free alkali/acid and inorganic or organic acid/alkali at a chemical equivalent ratio equal to or higher than 1:1 in an appropriate solvent or combination of solvents.
The term “pharmaceutical composition“ refers to one or more of the compounds (shown in formulae I-III), hydrates, solvates, isomers or physically/pharmaceutically acceptable salts, as described in the present invention, as well as their precursor drugs and other chemical components such as physically or pharmaceutically acceptable mixtures of carriers and receptors. This pharmaceutical composition is to make it more convenient to give compounds to warm-blooded animals and humans. |
