Dear Editors: We submit our manuscript entitled “The Design of HGB Measurement System Based on C8051F020” to Journal of Computational Information Systems for publication. We have proposed a novel HGB measurement system with close-loop controlling which is important to improve stability and accuracy of HGB measurement.
