[求助] 如何回复该SCI审稿意见回复---请生物芯片数据分析或生物信息学的大侠指教

是这样:一审中有一同行提出下列意见:
The experiment has been designed with only two reps, I think that in these condition is essential to demonstrate that the biological replicate are consistent, therefore a R-squared linear correlation coefficients should be computed on the expression values for each set of biological reps. This was already requested during the first revision, but I could not find it in the revised version. If the R value is extremely high the two reps can be considered very similar, but if correlation value is not very high a number of genes have a different expression in the two reps of the same sample and this should suggest to use a third rep.

我的研究中设有5个处理,每个处理有3个生物学重复,但在实际做芯片杂交时,我每个处理只用了其中的2个生物学重复去做芯片分析(为省钱)。他说我同一处理内应该用3个样品的(3个生物学重复)的,用两个重复的话,须通过芯片表达值数据用R平方做两个样品的线性相关性,检查两这个重复样本是否高度相关(应该是R平方>0.95吧),如果小于0.95,须选用第三个样品来替代。在芯片数据分析软件中(Flexarray), 我找不到(或不知道如何找)判定这一相关系数的方法。另外,我也不可能再做第三个重复的芯片,如何回答上述提问,请高手赐教。
