| 利用邻苯三酚法考察了提取物的清除超氧阴离子能力；采用邻二氮菲-Fe2+法测定提取物的清除羟自由基能力；采用碘量法衡量提取物对猪油的抗氧化能力。结果表明，提取物随浓度的增大，它的抗氧化性增强。 |

【译】 Investigate the extracts’ ability of removing superoxide anion by pyrogallol method; using phenanthroline -Fe2+ method to determine the extracts’ ability of removing hydroxyl radical; and iodometry method is used to measure the antioxidant ability of extracts on lard. The experiment result shows that the inoxidizability is enhanced with the increasing of extracts’ concentration. |

Pyrogallol study on extracts of the superoxide anion; O-phen-Fe2+ determination of hydroxyl radical scavenging capacity of extract; Iodine method to measure the antioxidant capacity of extract on lard. Results show that increases the concentration of extracts, it enhanced oxidation resistance. |
