关于微生物菌种鉴定的摘要部分。

摘要：极端环境下能够生存的微生物表现出了生命对于恶劣环境的适应性。在运城盐湖中采集的中度嗜盐菌就属于这一类。在试验中将对W33采用生理生化鉴定，如氧化酶、过氧化氢酶、淀粉酶等的酶学实验。并且采用形态学鉴定，即观察中度嗜盐菌的细胞形态，革兰氏染色等。最后采用DNA提取，PCR扩增等方法进行试验。 在CML培养基上W33生长的NaCl浓度范围是0 %~20 %，pH的范围是5 ~10。革兰氏染色阳性。  |

Abstract: Microorganisms that can survive in extreme environments, demonstrate the adaptability of life to the harsh environments. The moderate halophilic bacteria in the Yuncheng saline lake just belong to this category. In the tests, the physiological and biochemical identification of W33 was achieved by enzyme assays by using oxidases, catalase, amylase enzymes, etc. The morphological analysis was also used to observe the cell morphology, gram stain of moderate halophilic bacteria. Finally, DNA extraction, PCR amplification and other methods were used to test the bacteria. W33 can grow in CML medium with a NaCl concentration range from 0 %~20 %，and a pH range from 5-10.
