摘要：采用化学镀方法制备获得了纳米银颗粒完整包覆碳微球表面的AA壳核结构复合材料。借助SEM研究了碳微球表面亲水化处理、敏化活化及化学镀的工艺条件等对壳核结构复合材料制备影响，用XRD研究了银沉积层的晶粒大小。结果表明：采用浓H2SO4预氧化工艺对碳微球亲水性改善明显；而敏化活化处理可提高纳米银颗粒沉积的定向选择性，对获得致密性镀层发挥很大作用；化学镀液中添加适量的P-P可防止银沉积团聚，OH对制备完整的AA壳-核结构复合粉体起关键作用。 Abstract: Integrated AA core-shell structure composite functional materials were preparated by electroless plating process. The influence of different technology with the surface hydrophilous modified、sensitied and activitied、electroless plating were characterized by SEM.The diameter of silver nanoparticles were confirmed by XRD. The results revealed that, the hydrophily of micro-carbon spheres were obviously enhanced by concentrated H2SO4; sensibilisation and activation treatment can significant improved the directioned deposition of silver nanoparticles which have prodigious function to obtain compact cladding. Modest P-P in the electroless plating solution would restraint the silver nanoparticles untied,moreover the OH value played a key role in the process to preparated integrated AA core-shell structure composite materials. “纳米银颗粒完整包覆碳微球表面的”好像没译出来啊？ 第二句：、不能要，英语没有“、”的； hydrophily 似乎不合适，似乎应为： hydrophilcity The results revealed that从句结构要整合适，从中文看是3个从句，似乎应该是that 1， that 2 and that 3这样。而且第一个that后面不要加逗号。 |
