| The result shows that the stripping degree of OMMT in PA6 composite material will be better in case of adding OMMT at first, and at the same time, the mechanical property in case of adding OMMT firstly will be better than the situation of adding CaCl2 firstly. Meanwhile, two different processing methods are adopted to study the influence to PA6 composite material caused by the adding order of OMMT and LiCl, the result indicates that the mechanical property of composite material under the processing condition of adding OMMT firstly is obviously better than the situation of adding LiCl firstly, and the second alloying of OMMT will be helpful for the segregation of OMMT. |
