[求助] 跪求论文摘要翻译

芹菜素是植物代谢过程中产生的一类重要的黄酮类天然有机化合物,对人类的肿瘤、衰老、心血管等疾病的治疗和预防有重要的意义。本论文期望对芹菜素进行结构修饰,从而改善其理化性质,提高其生理活性和临床应用价值,最终寻找到一类具有降血糖和治疗糖尿病并发症的活性药物。以芹菜素为先导化合物,在合适的条件下,通过烷基化、硝酸酯化,合成一系列相应的芹菜素NO供体药物,并用核磁等方法对其进行初步表征, 所得的几种芹菜素衍生物结构与设计相符。为将来的抗糖尿病及其并发症的药理研究,提供了两个潜在药物。

Apigenin is an important class of nature organic compounds of flavonoids from plant metabolic processes, which has great significance to the treatment and prevention of human’s cancer, aging, cardiovascular disease and etc. This paper is looking to modify the structure of apigenin to improve its physical and chemical properties and enhance its physiological activity and clinical value, then finally looking for a kind of active drug which could reduce blood sugar and treat the complications of diabetes.

With apigenin for the pilot compounds, synthesize a series of corresponding apigenin NO donor drugs through the alkylation and esterification of nitric acid under the right conditions, at the same time characterize it preliminary with the method of MRI and etc., and obtain several apigenin derivatives’ structure which consistent with design, which provide two potential medicaments for pharmacological research of resistance to diabetes and its complications in the future.
