Apigenin is an important class of nature organic compounds of flavonoids from plant metabolic processes, which has great significance to the treatment and prevention of human’s cancer, aging, cardiovascular disease and etc. This paper is looking to modify the structure of apigenin to improve its physical and chemical properties and enhance its physiological activity and clinical value, then finally looking for a kind of active drug which could reduce blood sugar and treat the complications of diabetes.
With apigenin for the pilot compounds, synthesize a series of corresponding apigenin NO donor drugs through the alkylation and esterification of nitric acid under the right conditions, at the same time characterize it preliminary with the method of MRI and etc., and obtain several apigenin derivatives’ structure which consistent with design, which provide two potential medicaments for pharmacological research of resistance to diabetes and its complications in the future. |
