With thanolamine N-tert-Butoxycarbonyl initiator, through the open-loop reaction of ε-caprolactone monomer polymerization synthesis of poly (ε-caprolactone) (PCL).PCL macroinitiator triggered the phosphate monomer (EEP) to openring-opening polymerization, for the synthesis of polycaprolactone-b-poly phosphate block copolymer (PCL-b-PEEP). PCL-b-PEEP as macromolecular initiator caused the benzyl ester of L-glutamic acid anhydride (NCA ringpolymerization) open-loop poly amino acid-b-poly caprolactone-b-poly phosphate triblock copolymer (PBLG-b-PCL-b-PEEP). This triblock copolymer had both hydrophobic and hydrophilic segments, readily biodegradable, and was mainly used for controlled drug delivery and biomedical engineering. |
