本文以氮叔丁氧羰基乙醇胺为引发剂,通过ε-己内酯单体的开环聚合反应合成聚己内酯(PCL),以PCL为大分子引发剂引发磷酸酯单体(EEP)开环聚合,合成聚己内酯-b-聚磷酸酯嵌段共聚物(PCL-b -PEEP),以PCL-b-PEEP为大分子引发剂引发L-谷氨酸苄酯环内酸酐(NCA)开环聚合合成聚氨基酸-b-聚己内酯-b-聚磷酸酯三嵌段共聚物(PBLG-b-PCL-b-PEEP)。此三嵌段共聚物同时具有疏水性和亲水性链段,易于生物降解,主要用于药物控释等生物医药工程方面。

With thanolamine N-tert-Butoxycarbonyl initiator,  through the open-loop reaction of ε-caprolactone monomer polymerization synthesis of poly (ε-caprolactone) (PCL).PCL macroinitiator triggered the phosphate monomer (EEP) to openring-opening polymerization, for the synthesis of polycaprolactone-b-poly phosphate block copolymer (PCL-b-PEEP). PCL-b-PEEP as macromolecular initiator caused  the benzyl ester of L-glutamic acid anhydride (NCA ringpolymerization) open-loop poly amino acid-b-poly caprolactone-b-poly phosphate triblock copolymer (PBLG-b-PCL-b-PEEP). This triblock copolymer had both hydrophobic and hydrophilic segments, readily biodegradable, and was mainly used for controlled drug delivery and biomedical engineering.
