Abstract: As salicylaldehyde Schiff-base and it’s sterilization has anticancer analgesic, anti-inflammatory, antimicrobial , sterilizing and anti-virus activity effect ,so the synthesis of salicylaldehyde Schiff-base is of great importance .
The first section of this paper was to prepare 2-amino-pyridine-5-bromide salicylidene Schiff base from 2-amino-pyridine-5-bromide and salicylaldehyde at room temperature for grinding synthesis reactions, , and then inorganic salts with transition metal (cobalt nitrate, nickel nitrate, zinc acetate) was joined to grind-amino-2- -5-bromide salicylidene Schiff base metal complexes with pyridine .
The second section of this paper was to prepare l-Leucine salicylaldehyde Schiff-base from l-Leucine acid and salicylaldehyde at room temperature for grinding synthesis reactions, and then a transition metal inorganic salts (copper-nickel-cobalt nitrate, nitric acid, acetic acid) was added into the continued grinding of l-Leucine salicylaldehyde Schiff-base complexes.
Final the melting point, infrared spectroscopy, ultraviolet and fluorescence spectroscopy of Schiff base and its complex were determined to identify the structure of compounds.
