The  above paper may be of some technical interest. However, before
submitting it to refereeing, it is  mandatorily requested that Authors
improve substantially the English presentation, both grammar and
style.

Authors  are strongly recommended to have their paper fully revised
for language by a native English or equivalent 4expert.

Alternatively we suggest Authors to make use of Elsevier language services:

Authors  are asked to write in colour any language improvement made in
their revised text.

For mere Authors guidance an Abstract including some suggested changes
