| The responsibility about breaching labor contract is that if the labor parties breach a contractual obligation or fulfil a contractual obligations are not subject to prior agreement . | The party that breaches labour contract is liable for the legal property obligations associated with labour relations, when either obligations of contract are not full-filled or the prior agreement is breached.
