SCI食品工艺优化 投稿论文求助

去年8月投了international journal of food engineering, 一直没有消息, 给编辑写了好几封信, 没有回复, 怀疑这个刊物不办了/ 今年3月份投了,biochemical engineering journal, 结果前几天被拒绝, 我写的是关于 微波预辐射辅助提取多糖的优化 方面的文章, 请问小木虫 高手建议合适的食品相关刊物, 影响因子小点也好, 最好投稿回复快,接受率高的. 下面是 拒绝的信 Dear Dr, We are regretful to reject this manuscript by the reason as below. The manuscript describes the application of statistical experimental designs described in the manuscript. However, such application itself is not new and the results obtained are quite normal as a case study. There were a lot of previous reports concerned with experimental design method for estimation of the optimal conditions. Although the obtained results might be important for the bioprocess development, the discussion about them was too shallow to be a scientific paper.
