Study on the factors affecting the properties of NBR This paper was about preparation of polymerization of acrylonitrile-butadiene rubber by butadiene and acrylonitrile monomer . We explored influence on properties of NBR rubber with the temperature, molecular weight ,conversation and system caused by adjusting dosage, dosage, and condensation process of emulsifying agent. We discussed influence on properties of NBR's anti-aging system with promotion agent, plasticizer, reinforcement system .Additionly we discussed the different molecular weight ,distribution of property and micro-structure of different properties of acrylonitrile-butadiene rubber NBR, NBR of different manufacturers. |
