有投apl修改稿时增减作者的朋友吗？

提交修改稿时加了一个作者，系统上有这样的说明：The Corresponding Author of a manuscript is required to advise the Editor when a revision of the manuscript carries a change in authorship (addition or deletion, but not just a change in order), and to explicitly cite the changes. In addition, a letter of concurrence, signed by the affected author (NOT by the Corresponding Author), must be mailed or faxed to the Editorial Office before an accepted manuscript can be sent to the Production group for publication. A letter is needed from each affected author. (Mail/fax information for the Editorial Office can be found via the "contact editorial office" link in the top navigation bar of any page in the submission/peer-review website.)
